Today my children and I had the most amazing experience ever in a “medical environment”. Yes… you read that correct AMAZING!!! From the moment we entered my kids felt comfortable and the staff all spoke and (if they were busy) smiled. Mindy took time to explain everything thoroughly yet in a manner that my 12 & 13yr olds understood. And Dr Payne… what can I say? He was so personable that I think my children forgot they were in an orthodontist’s office. Amazing office! We went in today for the first time after our dentist referred my son for a consult. The office is beautiful, staff extremely friendly, and best part they have an arcade area for the kids!! The doctor walked us through all the X-rays, and they were able to get us started same day on his treatment plan. Which was perfect, so I didn’t have to make another trip back the following week. Very positive experience and getting to play games definitely softened the blow of having to get braces.

My daughter got her braces on today and she was extremely nervous. The team at Bridgetower was AMAZING!! They made sure they talked her through everything and took breaks when she was getting upset and needed a few minutes to calm down. They were so patient with her and as a mother I truly appreciate that. They made her feel special by celebrating her braces day and made the process so much easier on her. Here we are again! 10 years ago, my oldest 2 girls were blessed by the treatment of Dr. Payne and his incredible staff. This past week my youngest and myself began our braces journey. We are super excited to be back because we are confident in the expertise of Dr. Payne and his staff. I had a great experience in my consultation. Amy was great at explaining everything to us and was very nice and patient. Dr. Payne was very supportive and encouraging when giving the results of the consultation and overall I had the perfect experience.Update: I just finished my treatment today and received my retainer after Invisalign. The process was great, Dr Payne was very patient and considerate the entire way through. He made sure to ask me how I felt my teeth were before scanning for retainers and even though it took a while for my teeth to settle into place, he was always willing to spend more time to make my teeth feel and look how I wanted. Dr Payne and the staff were all amazing and I had a great experience through my teeth process. Thank you for everything!
