We would like our patients to know that we are taking precautionary measures to keep our patients and staff healthy during this outbreak of COVID-19.

Therefore, we kindly ask the following:

If you have experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 14 days, or if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past two weeks, we request that you reschedule your appointment.

  • Fever or chills
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
  • Fatigue
  • Muscle or body aches
  • Headache
  • New loss of taste or smell
  • Sore throat
  • Congestion or runny nose
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Diarrhea

If possible, you remain in your vehicle and only the patient come in for their appointment. The exception would be for a consultation appointment or for starting treatment. If you must come in, you are REQUIRED to wear a mask until further notice.

During this time, our game room, tooth brushing station, and bathrooms will be closed.

We also ask that you use the provided hand sanitizer outside of our building before you come in.

When in the office, please distance yourself from others when possible

We will continue to be open for the foreseeable future and we will continue to sanitize and disinfect our office vigilantly.

If you need to speak to Dr. Payne directly, call our office and we will send him out to your car.

Finally, please don’t hesitate to call and reschedule your appointment when you feel it is appropriate.
